Trying to get access to photos from a previous visit:
If you have already visited any of the parks, please make sure that all the photos you are interested in getting are currently in your album. If you are missing photos, please Contact Us before making any purchase.
If all the photos are in your album but are locked:
From your album:
- Click on the shopping bag ?(Products) located beneath one of the images you wish to buy.
- Select "Digital Day Package"
- Choose the day for which you want to obtain the digital rights
- Click on ADD TO CART
- Proceed to the cart - Review - Check out
The images from the chosen day will be available for download from your album.
