The watermark is there to protect your images and prevent unlicensed downloading of our files. All purchased images and products will not have watermarks present.
Pictures that have not been purchased or unlocked will appear with a watermark and cannot be downloaded:
How can I purchase the picture that is in my album?
Within your Photo Album select the small thumbnail image of your photo. In the upper left corner of the image preview, you will see a button marked CREATE A PRODUCT. Press it, then select the product you wish to purchase with this image applied and click ADD TO CART.
If you wish to purchase multiple products with different images you can repeat this process for each then navigate to your cart to complete the checkout process.
Why are my pictures locked?
If you have purchased a package to download your pictures, please verify the expiration date of your package. If photos are added after the package expiration date, they will not be automatically released.
Our customer service team is not authorized to release any image from a guest account without proof of purchase.
Please note that Annual or Seasonal packages are not automatically reactivated.
If you are experiencing issues downloading images that were purchased, contact a Customer Service Representative by selecting Contact Us. Select Download Issues as the optional subject and provide the necessary contact information on the form. Be sure to include a picture of your photo card’s barcode, purchase receipt and/or confirmation email. A representative will contact you shortly.
