From the main page, click on REDEEM CODE.
Type the code exactly as it appears on the printed slip, being sure to include any dashes if present. Digital copies can be redeemed for up to 30 days after purchase.
Are you still unable to download your picture?
Contact a Customer Service Representative by selecting Contact Us. Select Download Issues as the optional subject and provide the necessary contact information on the form. A representative will contact you shortly.
