I purchased my picture, why is my Digital Download code not working?
Digital copies will be available 15 minutes after the digital code slip has been printed.
From the main page, click on REDEEM CODE.
Type the code exactly as it appears on the printed slip, being sure to include any dashes if present. Digital copies can be redeemed for up to 30 days after purchase.
How do I see my photo album? Accessing your account
If you purchased or claimed a package at one of our photo counters, your account has been created and activated! If you do not know your password, please check our article "I do not remember my password"
If you registered your account, an activation email should have been sent to you. Please follow the instructions in the email to access your account.
If you are experiencing issues downloading images that were purchased, contact a Customer Service Representative by selecting Contact Us. Select Download Issues as the optional subject and provide the necessary contact information on the form. Be sure to include a picture of your photo card’s barcode, purchase receipt and/or confirmation email. A representative will contact you shortly.Have a temporary card or a picture code and would like to view and purchase the image(s)?
Contact a Customer Service Representative by selecting Contact Us. Select Purchasing Pictures as the optional subject and provide the necessary contact information and photo of the printed code on the form. A representative will contact you shortly.Was this article helpful?
