If you did not receive an Activation Email you can contact a Customer Service Representative by selecting Contact Us. Select Trouble Logging into Account as the optional subject and provide the necessary contact information on the form. A representative will contact you shortly.I do not remember my password
If you do not remember your password, click on Forgot password? link and submit the email address associated with your photo account. This will send a Reset Email to your inbox. Please make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see this email in your inbox.

If when you enter your email address, this message pops up, please verify that there is no space before or after the email address and password, some devices automatically add it, and our website recognizes it as an extra character.
