I do not remember my password. How can I reset it?

If you do not remember your password, click on Forgot password? link and submit the email address associated with your photo account. This will send a Reset Email to your inbox. Please make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see this email in your inbox.


Did you not receive the Reset email?

If you did not receive an Reset Email you can contact a Customer Service Representative by selecting Contact Us. Select Trouble Logging into Account as the optional subject and provide the necessary contact information on the form. A representative will contact you shortly.
