How can I download my purchased video?

When you open the link from your desktop and watch the video, be sure to look for the three dots menu in the bottom right corner. Click on this menu and you will find the option to download the video.


If you are attempting to download the video from your phone, you will need to log into your account at  https://universalorlando.amazingpictures.com/Login/MemberSignin using the same email address. Once logged in, you will find the video in your album, where you will have the option to download it.


Did not receive the video link yet?  

If you did not receive an link for your video, you can contact a Customer Service Representative by clicling on Contact Us. Select Order Status as the subject and provide the necessary contact information on the form, make sure to include your purchase receipt. A representative will contact you shortly. 
To ensure that our emails are delivered to you, make sure to add noreply@amazingpictures.com and cs@amazingpictures.com to your address book or safelist
