The images from temporary cards or files that were not properly added to a photo account are saved in the location's archives for 30 days*. Unfortunately, if the photos were taken before this time, our support team will no longer be able to retrieve the files.
To make sure our team has all they need to assist you, click on Contact Us, then select Missing Pictures as the optional subject and provide the requested contact information on the form. A representative will contact you shortly.Note: If you are missing photos from different locations, make sure to provide the names of the locations and approximate times that each of your photos was taken, you can include this information in the message field.Technical issues might prevent the files from reaching the location archives. In these rare cases, our support team won't be able to recover the files.
